Working principle

The New ring die pellet machine operates in the direct connection mode of motor. The motor is connected through elastic coupling. After 90 ° direction change, the horizontal motor drives the hollow transfer spindle of vertical casting, and the spindle drives the pressing roller to roll the inner surface of the mold to complete the pressing process.

During operation, biomass sawdust raw materials fall vertically from the feed inlet. Under the rolling of the roller, the powdery materials pass through the holes of the mold (evenly distributed on the holes on the inner surface of the mold).
